chủ tự do không phải là một con đường bằng phẳng rắc đầy hoa. Thời ấy
rồi cũng dần qua. Nay thì Ngô Đình Miên nói, không phải nói theo hay

giận. Phải chăng, vì xã hội hôm nay quá lắm nhà thơ- được phong và tự
phong- nên thơ mất giá? Hay là vì người thưởng thức thơ đã bị "bội

cán bộ tỉnh, Ngô Đình Miên lăn lộn, từng trải là điều không phải bàn.
Anh cũng đã bước sang tuổi "tri thiên mệnh" của đời người. Từ sự chiêm
nghiệm của bản thân và hiện thực cuộc sống bề bộn, đa chiều hôm nay,
anh đã ngộ ra nhiều điều. Không giống như nhiều người làm thơ thường né
tránh những vấn đề gai góc dễ vướng, anh tìm về phía ngược và hành
trình đi về phía ngược của anh là hành trình vật lộn với chính bản thân

Trước những "tấn trò đời" mà có người còn muốn đậy che, biến xấu thành
tốt, ác thành thiện, thì Ngô Đình Miên không ngại ngần bày tỏ thái độ: "<em>Khi thấy anh ngựa xe chũm choẹ/ Xoè lông công rực rỡ ồn ào/ Mọi người vỗ tay khen đẹp quá/ Cái xấu nào biết trốn nơi đâu" </em><em><span>(Tốt xấu).</span></em></span></p><div align="justify">

có đông đảo những người lương thiện, đặc biệt là những người bất hạnh
do chiến tranh, nghèo đói, bệnh tật, những người là nạn nhân của cái

của Ngô Đình Miên, thì, nhiều chục năm trước, chúng ta đã có những nhà
thơ tài hoa từng đi còn đường ấy, nhưng phần nhiều họ đều bị vấp ngã,
bị " tai nạn", vì xã hội thời đó chưa chấp nhận. Con đường đi đến dân
chủ tự do không phải là một con đường bằng phẳng rắc đầy hoa. Thời ấy
rồi cũng dần qua. Nay thì Ngô Đình Miên nói, không phải nói theo hay
nói thay ai, mà nói bằng trí tuệ tỉnh táo và trái tim đớn đau của mình.</span></p><div align="justify">

của Ngô Đình Miên, biết anh đang giữ trọng trách Trưởng Ban Văn hoá- xã
hội Hội đồng nhân dân Tỉnh, có người bảo anh đã đưa cả chức năng của
người đại biểu hội đồng vào thơ. Tôi không dám nói anh làm " thơ phản
biện", Nhưng có thể mạnh dạn nói rằng, tập thơ <strong><em>" Phía ngược"</em></strong> của anh đang đặt ra những câu hỏi không dễ trả lời...</span></p><div align="justify">

<p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">Đọc bài <em>"Những suy diễn không đáng có về bài thơ của Trần Quang Đạo"</em> của nhà thơ Hoàng Vũ Thuật, trên phongdiep.net, tuy tôi chưa được biết trọn vẹn bài thơ <em>"Gởi nhà thơ Lâm Thị Mỹ Dạ" </em>đó,
nhưng qua một số ý phân tích của nhà thơ Hoàng Vũ Thuật, tự nhiên <strong>tôi
liên hệ đến một "vụ việc" tương tự vừa xảy ra tại Bình Thuận, có thể
còn "nặng" hơn, xin được viết ra đây để những ai quan tâm đến vấn đề
này cùng suy nghĩ một chút, hiểu thêm tình hình chung về văn học nghệ
thuật ở tỉnh lẻ</strong>, ngay thời điểm đang triển khai học tập Nghị quyết của
Bộ Chính trị về văn học nghệ thuật. Đặc biệt, ở Bình Thuận, đồng chí bí
thư tỉnh uỷ trực tiếp truyền đạt NQ trên cho anh chị em văn nghệ sĩ ở
địa phương. </span></p><div align="justify">
</div><p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080"> </span></p><div align="justify">
</div><p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">Tôi chỉ là một người
thích đọc thơ và có nhiều bạn thơ ở Bình Thuận; do đó, tôi có điều kiện
để hiểu khá nhiều về tình hình thơ của tỉnh nhà. Cách nay mấy tháng, có
một tập thơ mới </span><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">xuất
bản mà nội dung của nó đã làm cho dư luận nói ra nói vô khá ồn ào, nhất
là trong giới cán bộ cao cấp của tỉnh. Vì tác giả tập thơ cũng là một
cán bộ thuộc hàng chủ chốt trong tỉnh, trước đây, ông cũng đã xuất bản
được vài tập thơ, nhưng chưa có dư luận gì ồn ào. Cái lạ là những bài
thơ trong tập thơ mới này không nói theo cùng giọng điệu và tư tuởng cũ
kĩ như lâu nay trong nhiều tập thơ </span><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">ở địa phương (tôi không
dám nói phạm vi cả nước). Tác giả có cách cảm nhận riêng, xoáy sâu vào
mặt trái của xã hội hiện tại, ngược với những gì mà lâu nay ta vẫn
nghĩ, hành động. Chính vì vậy, khi tập thơ vừa tới tay bạn bè thi hữu,
thì </span><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">tác giả đã ‘được" người đứng đầu tỉnh gặp trực tiếp để
nhắc nhở về nội dung tư tưởng của tác phẩm. Tôi có đọc hết tập thơ này,
rất có ấn tượng; nhưng tôi thật sự bị bất ngờ khi nghe tác giả thổ lộ
với vẻ hơi âu lo, rằng, đồng chí đứng đầu và một số đồng chí lãnh đạo
khác ở tỉnh cho rằng nội dung tập thơ có biểu hiện theo "chủ nghĩa đa
nguyên". Dư luận chung có cách nhận định và đánh giá khác nhau. Nhưng
trong giới văn nghệ, thì mọi người xem tập thơ như một bước đột phá mới
của thơ Bình Thuận, vì nó đã tiên phong đề cập đến những vấn đề nóng
bỏng của cuộc sống lâu nay mà không nhà thơ nào ở địa phương dám dũng
cảm thể hiện...</span></p><div align="justify">
</div><p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080"> </span></p><div align="justify">
</div><p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">Không đơn giản dừng lại ở đó. Sự việc mới diễn ra mấy hôm nay có liên quan trực tiếp </span><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">đến
một bài thơ trong tập thơ trên, như là một cái tát mạnh đánh vỗ mặt tác
giả và những người làm văn nghệ ở Bình Thuận. Số là theo kế hoạch trong
năm 2008 Hội Văn học nghệ thuật Bình Thuận sẽ cho ra mắt hai tuyển tập,
một Tuyển Thơ và một Tuyển Văn Bình Thuận từ năm 1975 đến nay. Đây là
công trình so với tầm một tỉnh nhỏ như Bình Thuận, có thể coi là lớn.
Tuyển Thơ có trên 200 bài thơ, trong đó, Ngô Đình Miên - tác giả nói ở
trên được tuyển 3 bài. Cái rắc rối xảy ra là có 1 trong 3 bài thơ trên
được rút ra từ tập thơ vừa bị lãnh đạo tỉnh nhắc nhở kia. </span></p><div align="justify">
</div><p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080"> </span></p><div align="justify">
</div><p align="justify"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">Tuyển Thơ và Tuyển Văn, mà người chịu trách nhiệm xuất bản là chủ tịch Hội VHNT tỉnh, đã viết giấy </span><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">xin
giấy phép xuất bản do Sở thông tin truyền thông tỉnh cấp, rồi đặt in
tại địa phương luôn cho tiện. Nhưng ngày 20/11/2008, thủ trưởng cơ quan
cấp giấy phép xuất bản </span><span style="font-size: small; color: #000080">thông báo cho chủ tịch Hội VHNT,
yêu cầu rút ngay bài thơ có vấn đề của tác giả NĐM ra khỏi Tuyển tập
thơ, thay vào một bài thơ khác; nếu không, Tuyển tập sẽ không có giấp
phép xuất bản. Vì Tuyển tập là công trình chung tập hợp nhiều tác giả,
kéo dài hơn 30 năm, cần phải in cho kịp phát hành trong năm 2008; nên,
mặc dầu có tiếc cho số phận bài thơ "đinh", nhưng chủ tịch Hội đành
phải "hi sinh" nhà thơ NĐM vì lợi ích tập thể. Chắc ông chủ tịch Hội
cũng biết là không đơn giản một mình ông Sở TTTT dám làm như thế nếu
như không có ý kiến chỉ đạo của cấp cao nhất ở địa phương.</span></p><div align="justify">
